Spiritual exercises

In Euskal Herria it has also been common to participate in a spiritual retreat based on Christian faith. Based on meditation, prayer and mental exercises, they spent a month working, especially, sin and temptation. For this they resorted to different chapters of the Bible. The participants were young and led by a priest.
